Wonderful, stress free experience! They came out to give and estimate and gave us some ideas for color. Once we chose, the job was scheduled. The crew who did the installation was great! They were friendly, kind to our kids and a pleasure to have around. Also, the floors look amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Kaleidoscope did a great job with my flooring. The sales associate was very helpful throughout the whole process. The person who measured was very thorough and detailed. The installers were prompt, worked steadily for three days, and cleaned up the work areas each day when they left for the day. The floors look great.
I had Kaleidoscope Floors install new carpet and replaced some carpet with the Planking that they have. After getting help picking out the right carpet/planking John, the owner came out and measured. When the installers came they were on time and were very professional. They went over what was going to be done and got to work. They were done in the time frame they said they would be. We are very pleased with the way they installed everything, like it was their own house. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.
Our experience was exceptional. I can’t express enough how much I appreciated Damon Roe’s patience! We have an older home. The area we were tiling/carpeting is not standard shape nor size. He helped me narrow down all of their choices to find what would work for our home in our budget.
Damon’s customer service is top-notch! I would highly recommend asking for him by name, as well as the installers. Chip and Dominic were excellent. Their superb craftsmanship was noticed by our Easter guests. Thanks again, guys.
